Steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce




Ingredients
350g  spare ribs
4 cloves garlic ( chopped to small pieces )
1 fresh red chilli ( chopped to small pieces )
4 slices old ginger (cut to thin slices )
1 tbsp black bean sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp corn flour
1 stalk spring onions ( cut into small pieces )

Preparation
1. Marinate the pork ribs with salt, vinegar, light soya sauce and sugar in a bowl for 30 minutes.
2. Add in corn flour, black bean sauce, dark soya sauce, ginger, garlic and chilli to the pork ribs and mix well.






3. Steam the pork ribs over low fire for 30 minutes or until the meat is soft.
4. Dish out onto a plate and sprinkle the spring onions over the ribs to serve.
