Fried chicken in Thai chilli sauce



Ingredients
300g breast meat
1 big onion
1 carrot
1/2 cucumber
5 tsbp Thai chilli sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp light soya sauce
some flour
some oil

Ingredients
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, sugar and light soya sauce for 30 minutes.
2. Dust the chicken with flour .
3. Heat enough oil in saucepan to deep fry the chicken for about 5 minutes or when it is turning brown.



4. Turn the chicken and fry until light brown.
5. Dish out the chicken. Remove excess oil and leave about 2 tbsp oil in saucepan.
6. Put the chicken on kitchen tissue to remove oil.






7. Shred the carrot and cucumber.
8. Cut the big onion into very thin slices.







9. Heat up the 2 tbsp oil in the saucepan. Add in the big onion and stir fry.







10. Add in the carrot, oyster sauce and Thai chilli sauce. Stir quickly to mix well. Turn off the fire.
11. Stir in the cucumber.
12. Dish out immediately .The garnish tastes better half cooked.





13. Cut the chicken into thick slices and arrange on a plate.
14. Put the garnish over the chicken.
15. Serve while hot.
