Spicy Mixed Vegetable



Ingredients
100g chicken fillet ( cut into slices )
150g fresh mushroom
150g golden needle mushroom
150g carrot ( cut into pieces )
150g broccoli ( cut into pieces )
10 dried chilli ( each cut into half)
4 pcs fried bean curd skin ( 3"x5" , cut into smaller pieces )
2 shallots ( cut into slices )
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt
some oil

Preparation
1. Put 1 tbsp corn flour and light soya sauce to chicken fillet and mix well.
2. Put 1 tbsp oil into saucepan and fry shallots until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry till cooked.





3. Put in all the ingredients (except broccoli ), oyster sauce, salt and 150 ml water .
4. Stir-fry to mix well , then cover the saucepan and simmer over low fire for 15 minutes.
5. Add in broccoli and stir-fry ,cover and simmer for further 5 minutes.
6. Dish out to serve.
