150g Fish fillet ( cut into rectangular pieces)
1/2 red capsicum ( cut into pieces )
1/2 green capsicum ( cut into pieces )
1/2 tomato ( cut lengthwise to 4 pieces )
1 big onion ( cut lengthwise to 6 pieces )
1/2 fresh chilli ( cut into small pieces )
a few pieces of pineapple
2 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp cornflour ( to dust the fish fillet )
pinch of salt
some oil
1. Season the fish with 2 tbsp light soya sauce.
2. Heat up some oil in the saucepan enough to deep fry the fish fillet.
3. Dust the fish fillet before putting into the saucepan to fry.
4. Deep fry the fish until it turn brown.
5. Dish out the fish. Pour out the oil, leaving about 2 tbsp oil in the saucepan.
6. Stir fry the big onion for a while.
7. Put in the red and green capsicum, tomato, pineapple and chilli.
8. Add oyster sauce, sugar , salt, 2 tbsp water and stir fry to mix well. Cover to cook for 5 minutes.
9. Put in the fried fish , 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 3 tbsp chilli sauce. Stir fry to mix evenly.
10. Dish up to serve.
