Simple fried chicken fillet





Ingredients
4 pcs chicken fillet ( cut into smaller pieces)
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
5 pcs cream crackers ( or any biscuit that is not too sweet) 
pinch of salt
some white pepper powder



Preparation
1. Season the chicken with the above for 20 minutes.
2. Pound the biscuilt for coating the chicken .This could be substituted with bread crumbs that can be obtained from grocery shop. But it tastes nicer with biscuit. You could crush the biscuit using rolling pin too.




3. Coat the seasoned chicken with the pounded biscuits .








4. Deep fry the coated chicken till golden brown. Dish out and serve with cucumber slices and chili sauce.
