Roast Pork Belly



Ingredients
2 strips of pork belly ( each about 2" by 6" )
2 tbsp salt
6 tbsp mustard

Preparation
1. Use fork to poke the pork belly skin as much as possible.
2. Rub 1 tbsp salt and 3 tbsp mustard on each of the strip of pork evenly.
3. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.






4. Roast the seasoned pork belly in a preheated electric roaster or oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes with the skin downwards.






5. Turn to the other side and roast until the skin cracks and turning golden brown ( about 25 minutes ).

6. Cool on rack before cutting .
